24 hr approval on non-new guitars, unless it is a lay-away hold (including check clearing delays) or trade involved. NEW Guitars, all Amps, all pedals, etc. have no approval period unless agreed upon in advance. Instruments returned must be received in the SAME condition as you were received by purchaser, and contact MUST be made within 24 hours. Also, the return shipping process MUST begin within a total of 48 hours of contacting us. We have nearly NO returns; we are VERY honest and thorough! Item must be shipped back the SAME way it was shipped out in SAME carton and packing material and FULLY insured. Upon our examination; your refund will be sent or processed.Shipping Policies
